Heritage Oaks Custom Kitchen Now Under Construction

Work is moving quickly at Heritage Oaks, where we're building a custom kitchen and butler's pantry for a growing family that loves to cook and entertain.

Where the project stands

Framing is complete and the new open layout is fully legible on site — the island, the walk-in pantry, and the connection to the dining room are all in place. Rough mechanicals are next.

What's coming

The homeowners selected a European appliance package with a long lead time, so we ordered it before framing began to keep the schedule honest. Cabinetry installation is targeted for late summer, with countertops and finishes to follow.
