RKH Constructors currently has 16 full-time employees, including 3 full-time office staff members. Each project is assigned a dedicated Project Manager who leads planning, resourcing, monitoring, and execution through to completion. We pride ourselves on being very hands-on during the entire project.
RKH Constructors focuses primarily in Alameda, Contra Costa, and Napa Counties. Our business office is located at 1451 Danville Blvd, Suite 104, Alamo, CA 94507.
We typically opt for larger structural remodels or estate projects. RKH Constructors are experts with municipal and county processing to expedite startup and completion. Our best projects are the ones in which the client and the entire team share the same vision.
We manage 3 to 5 projects at any one time. We purposely limit the number of projects we engage in to provide our clients with the highest level of quality construction, with day-to-day details managed on-site by our Project Manager.
Much of the specialized work — concrete, plumbing, electrical, heating, drywall, tile — is provided by licensed and insured subcontractors. We bring gifted artisans to the project for special finishes, and most of our subcontractors have worked with us for many years.
We will always provide a price for the project, usually after we have been selected as the Construction Manager or General Contractor. We prefer to negotiate contracts with owners and provide cost consultation services once we are the selected contractor or manager for the project.
